Former IZ*ONE member Lee Chae Yeon has officially joined DOD Entertainment through an exclusive contract deal announced on Friday.

The idol’s move to DOD (Dream Or Die) represents a significant new chapter following his departure from WM Entertainment earlier this year. The entertainment agency confirmed the signing and promised full support to the 25-year-old singer to showcase her diverse talents in various entertainment fields.

“We have signed an exclusive contract with Lee Chae-yeon, who possesses diverse attractions. We will spare no support for Lee Chae-yeon to fully demonstrate her outstanding abilities and continue her unrivaled activities,” the agency said in a statement, as first reported on Naver.

The agency has released three new profile images to celebrate the new partnership.

Lee Chae Yeon’s journey in the entertainment industry showcases her amazing growth as an artist. He first caught widespread attention in 2018 as a member of IZ*ONEthe temporary girl group formed thanks to Mnet’s “Produce 48” competition. Her exceptional dancing skills and commanding stage presence have made her an outstanding member throughout the group’s years of activity, earning her the devoted support of fans globally.

IZ*ONE’s journey ended in April 2021 after the temporary project team ended its contract period without any extension. The group’s dissolution prompted the members to pursue different career paths, with some pursuing successful solo careers while others joined new groups or shifted focus to acting and entertainment ventures.

Since launching her solo career in 2022, Lee Chae Yeon has proven herself to be a formidable independent artist. His releases, including “HUSH RUSH” and “KNOCK,” have demonstrated his artistic range and gained critical recognition within the K-pop industry.
