The psychological thriller follows Ahn Yoon-soo (Jeon Do-yeon), who becomes a suspect in her husband’s mysterious death, and Mo-eun (Kim Go-eun), a mysterious figure known as “the witch.” The story unfolds as the two characters explore secrets, manipulation and suspense.
Kim Go-eun explained her bold hairstyle choice, saying: “Usually, for a role like this, you might think of hiding your gaze behind your hair, but I thought Mo Eun shouldn’t hide. Everything is visible, but her thoughts remain unreadable. I wanted the character to appear fragile yet enigmatic, with minimal expression but subtle emotions beneath the surface.”
Her short haircut emphasizes Mo-eun’s directness and mysterious aura, in line with the character’s psychological depth. The actress’s stylistic choice has already attracted attention as a determining element of her performance.
The price of confession will premiere on Netflix on December 5, 2025.
