According to the real estate industry, on November 12, Wonyoung acquired a unit a Lucid Housemeasuring 244㎡, in March this year. The transfer of ownership of the property was finalized last month. Since no mortgage is registered in the official registers, the transaction is believed to have been completed entirely in cash.
Lucid House it is considered one of the most exclusive villas within UN Village, with only 15 units spread over two buildings. Since its initial sale in 2007, prices have exceeded KRW 4 billion, underlining its status as a high-end property. The complex is renowned for its privacy and exclusivity and is famously known as the residence of actress Kim Tae-hee before her marriage to singer-actor Rain.
Born in 2004, Jang Wonyoung is currently active as a member of Ive. He recently held Ive’s second world tour, “SHOW WHAT I AM”, at the KSPO Dome in Seoul (formerly Olympic Gymnastics Arena).
