Located in a privileged neighborhood, THE TREE 27 comprises two buildings spanning five floors below ground and seven above, offering what developers describe as a blend of luxury conveniences with the privacy of single-family homes.
According to reports, the penthouse units are priced at a staggering ₩45 billion KRW (around $31.6 million USD), while the standard units start at around ₩20 billion KRW (around $14 million USD).
