Veteran actress Ruby Lin (林心如) recently hosted a lavish celebration in Taipei to honor her parents’ 50th wedding anniversary, attracting attention from fans and fellow celebrities alike.
The intimate yet grand gathering on October 25 was star-studded. Ruby Lin dazzled in a black dress while her husband was an actor Wallace Huo (Huo Jianhua)she kept it casual and chic with a black top and jeans, making for a stylish couple appearance.
Among the many participating celebrities were Chen Mei Feng, Viviana Hsu, Fang Hsin, Pei En Cane, Hsiang Wa, Lee Ming YiAND Chi Pao Juall dressed elegantly for the golden celebration. Chen Mei Feng he later shared the snapshots on social media, writing:
“I wish Lin Papa and Lin Mama a joyful golden anniversary. Only deep bonds can withstand five decades of marriage – this is truly the most romantic and firm connection.”
Photos captured the couple on stage cutting the anniversary cake: Ruby Lin’s father in an elegant black suit and her mother in a pretty gray dress. The scene exuded timeless warmth and love.
Chen she also revealed that she came across Viviana Hsu and his daughter at the party, sharing, “Vivian’s mother looks so young and sweet – no wonder her daughters are so adorable!” He concluded with joy, “It was a truly happy and touching evening.”
Former national swimmer Joy Lee (李智莹) they also participated and posted a photo with Ruby Lin and Wallace Huocaption:

Interestingly, Ruby Lin’s parents have a unique love story. They initially divorced when Ruby was in first grade, with her two younger brothers living with their father while Ruby remained with her mother. After his father’s second divorce, he and Ruby’s mother rekindled their relationship and remarried after graduating from high school, only deepening their bond over time.
This celebration was not just a family event, but a heartfelt reminder of lasting love, resilience and reunification, making it a night to remember for all involved.
