His convictions included sexually assaulting drunk women and sharing inappropriate videos of women without their consent; the length of the sentence he was given was considered by many to be too short.
Even though he had just been released from prison, shortly afterward, footage was released showing Joon Young flirting and kissing women in France.

An online OP revealed that Jung Joon Young was spotted in Lyon, France telling people that he was going to open a Korean restaurant, but they warned people.

When asked where the OP got this information from, he explained that not only had a family member met him by chance in Paris, but a girl had met him by chance in a club where he had told her about the alleged “venture”.
My cousin first met him in a nightclub in Paris, she wasn’t sure at first, then she ran into him and recently there was a girl who met him in a nightclub and he told her “I’m going to open a Korean restaurant, you’ll pass” he’s on the blacklist in Korea
