The next Disney+ original series The manipulated is generating huge buzz for its explosive cast and action-packed storytelling. Starring Ji Chang Wook, DO (Do Kyung Soo), Kim Jong Soo, Jo Yoon Soo and Lee Kwang Soo, the series has just unveiled its main poster and trailer, raising anticipation among K-drama fans.
The series follows Tae Jung (Ji Chang Wook), an ordinary man whose life is thrown into chaos when he is falsely accused of a brutal crime and thrown into prison. He soon discovers that everything was orchestrated by Yohan (DO), leading him on the path of ruthless revenge.
Written by Oh Sang Ho, the acclaimed writer behind it Taxi driver AND The raid: punishmentand directed by Park Shin Woo (The deadly vote) and Kim Chang Joo (Hard blow), The manipulated promises an intense narrative that combines mystery, revenge and high-octane action.
The main poster captures the fierce tension between the two protagonists: Tae Jung’s vengeful gaze under the slogan “I’ll finish the game you started” and Yohan’s chilling gaze that hints at his manipulative power.
