“Hello. I’m EgoENT.
We would like to thank everyone for their unwavering support for VVUP, who managed to successfully complete their “Ain’t Nobody” promotions. We would like to express our sincere gratitude to our fans once again.
Moving forward, we would like to apologize for giving this bad news to our fans. Since their pre-debut in March, the group has been working tirelessly, and the group’s leader Hyunny would no longer be able to work with VVUP as a member due to health reasons.
Throughout his career, Hyunny has tried to regain his health. We had a careful discussion with Hyunny about continuing his activities, but after much consideration, Hyunny decided to focus on his recovery.
Once again, we apologize to fans who may have been surprised by this sudden news. Hyunny’s activities as VVUP have come to an end, but we would appreciate your continued support for Hyunny on his journey to regain his health.
Furthermore, the agency and the three members of VVUP send our unconditional support and encouragement to Hyunny. VVUP will continue its activities as a three-member group in its future plans, and the specific activities will be announced at a later date.
Also, VVUP will try its best to show more activities and their improved sides. We ask for your continued love and support.
Thank you.”
VVUP debuted as a four-member group, featuring Hyunny, Kim, Paan, and Suyeon. The former quartet released their debut digital single “Locked On” on April 1st. On July 3rd, VVUP released their second digital single “Ain’t Nobody.”
