Following a dispute that received a huge backlash in South Korea, actor Kim Ji Recently returned to the country.
In 2021, Kim Ji Soo was accused of school violence, bullying, sexual harassment and attacks. His agency at the time then terminated his contract, and was replaced by another actor in the drama Where the river moon stands, enrolling in the army shortly after.
In 2023, Ji Soo provided an update on the accusations, stating that the original accuser had forgiven him since then.

He mentioned a return to acting, which was made with his appearance in a drama in the Philippines. Not long afterwards, Ji Soo signed with a local agency, reporting a new beginning for his career.

Until recently, the actor had not returned to Korea since the beginning of his break, but now he has changed.
On April 22, Ji Soo shared a video of Tiktok, showing himself walking along the Han river and speaking in English to someone behind the camera.
