K-pop fans in North America may need to wait longer to see Paper After the CO-ED group announced the cancellation of their expected “New Era” tour “a few days before the start scheduled.

The North American leg of the tour would start in Nashville on February 27. However, the Kard Agency, DSP Media, has announced that they are canceling the concerts in the North American offices due to unexpected delays in the issue of their work visas. The agency observed that she worked closely with the promoter of the Konnect Entertainment tour and the HY Live agency to get the visa of the group. The company also declared that it had submitted all the necessary documents for all four members, but stated that bureaucratic delays prevented timely processing of their work visas.

Fans who have already purchased tickets for Kard’s North American tour will receive a complete refund, which will automatically emit the original payment method.

“We apologize sincerely with the fans who have impatient this tour impatiently and we are really sorry for the deep disappointment that this has caused. We ask for your understanding and your depth of not being able to satisfy your expectations,” wrote DSP Average in a note. “Thanks for your unwavering support.”

The cancellation comes as a hard blow for known fans like Kards Hidden, who were looking forward to the group’s return to the North American phases. The group consists of Four members: J. Seph, BM, Somin and Jiwoo. They acquired international applause for the mixing of K-Pop, Hip-Hop, Edm and Tropical House elements in their songs.

The group initially released the tracks “Oh Nana” and “Don’t Recome” in 2016. However, they officially debuted as a group only in June 2017 with their first EP, Bye bye. The EP has been well accepted globally and entered several Billboard charts. Their first success was also combined with main festivals shows such as the Sonic Festival 2017 Sonic Festival in Japan and Kcon in Los Angeles.

Kard’s last EP is entitled Where so far? (Part 1: yellow light). The album, which was released in August 2021, has several musical styles and a mixture of genres.
