Together with this message, he shared several sincere photos, delighting Global Armys (BTS official Fandom). In the images just released, V appears even more robust after having increased successfully. Before enrolling, he had mentioned his goal of earning 24 kg.
A photo with his dear friend, singer Park Hyo-Shin, also attracted fans’ attention. Park Hyo-Shin previously shared that he and V were close friends before officially collaborating in “Winter Ahead”. V enlisted as a soldier in active service in the South Korean army on 11 December 2023. He is currently diligently serving as a member of the special Task Force under the military police force of the 2nd command of the body in Chuncheon, province of Gangwon. It is destined to be discharged on 10 June 2025.
Despite his military break, the presence of V in the musical industry remains strong. According to Spotify, Winter Ahead (with Park Hyo Shin), a duet that published with Park Hyo-Shin in November 2023, ranked 186th in the last global ranking (excluding US) of Billboard (on February 15), keeping its position for 10 consecutive weeks.
