Netizens believe the former I LOVE IT CEO Min Hee Jin‘s recent Instagram post is a hint about the future of New Jeans.
Even though NewJeans terminated their contract with HYBE, the group is still sticking to schedule and many hope to release music soon.
On January 21, Min Hee Jin shared two photos on her Instagram. At first they just looked like cassette tapes, but they’re actually Bluetooth speakers.
It’s been eight weeks since Min Hee Jin last posted, and while some think the Bluetooth speaker post may have been for aesthetic reasons, it’s no surprise that many netizens thought it was a hint. In particular, many thought it might hint at a future release for NewJeans or an aesthetic for a release, as it seems very fitting for the group’s Y2K image.
Imagine if they released music on cassettes and not streaming. Taking the concept of 2000 too seriously https://t.co/qnf0RzvNNr
