SEVENTEEN’s Hoshi will debut in a new subunit of the group, this time with member Woozi.

The two had already collaborated on the duet “Shoot Me and Go”, taken from SEVENTEEN’s second album of 2017, Teenager, age.

The collaboration marks the second time a SEVENTEEN duo will team up since members Jeonghan and Wonwoo released their first single “This Man” in June.

The Hoshi x Woozi subunit will also be the group’s second after BSS, or BooSeokSoon, a triplet subunit consisting of Hoshi, DK, and Seungkwan.

The three made their first appearance together on the previously unreleased song “Just Do It”, as a gift to fans during a fan meeting. The group subsequently officially released the song as a digital single in March 2018.

Hoshi and Woozi, fellow SEVENTEEN members both born in 1996, have been nicknamed “Heavy Rain Warning” by fans, with the duo held in high regard as Hoshi boasts the title of SEVENTEEN’s performance team leader and Woozi the leader. of the group’s vocal team.

Hoshi, who is part of both subunits, will be busy next year as BooSeokSoon returns in early January.
