Media release Billboard Korea was subject to major criticism following the exclusion BTS‘S Suga in a now-deleted post on Instagram.
On December 24th, Billboard Korea posted a fan edit on their account. Netizens shared their anger after seeing the account’s post on Jungkook‘s recent live removed Suga from it.
I’m about to throw HANDS. billboard korea just posted this on their instagram and INTENTIONALLY edited the yoongi part that was originally in the reel.

In the original, Suga was included.
Netizens have shared their anger over the idol’s removal from the edit, with many believing that Korean media is excluding Suga due to the star’s DUI case that made headlines earlier this year.
.@billboardcorea be professional. Yoongi is also a member of BTS. Apologize to BTS and Yoongi for this disrespect and insult.

I think we should denounce Korea’s billboards en masse. This is very unprofessional of them. BTS is 7 years old.

We won’t let the Korean media delete Suga from a post. Mind you, it was in the original edit, they made a point of eliminating it. You can’t consider it a coincidence.
