Lately, Kwon Eunbi appeared on a YouTube series and shared the difficult times she overcame to debut.
I debuted as Ye-A when I was 20, but it didn’t work out. After that debut I spent four years as an intern. Those four years were the hardest.

“I didn’t go to university until I was 24. When I turned 25, I felt like I couldn’t debut anymore because I was too old compared to the other trainees. So I thought, “What am I going to do when I’m 25?” and decided to attend college.
So, at the age of 24, I took the college entrance exam and entered the Dong-ah Institute of Media and Arts. I figured that after a year of college budgets, if I thought I’d done enough and it still wasn’t working, then I should quit at 25.

But just when he was about to give up, an unexpected opportunity presented itself.
But then, during freshman orientation, I got the sudden offer for “Produce 101.” So I did that show at 24 and debuted that year as IZ*ONE.
