EDEN Entertainment is taking legal action to defend an ALL(H)OURS member. The agency released a statement after the leaked photos of Masami were released.
EDEN Entertainment issues stern warning over leaked Masami photos
On December 7, EDEN Entertainment released an official statement addressing a controversy regarding leaked personal photos of ALL(H)OURS member Masami.
That day, an anonymous user posted several photos online showing Masami with a woman whose face was blurred. The images, which seemed to be taken from Instagram Stories, were accompanied by captions that hinted at a possible romantic relationship. The leak quickly gained traction on social media, sparking rumors and speculation among fans and netizens.
In response, EDEN Entertainment stated: “We are aware of the unauthorized distribution of personal photos involving Masami. We take this matter seriously and are currently investigating the source of the leak. The photos were distributed without consent, constituting a serious violation of privacy.”
“Additionally, further attempts to hack into our artist’s account have been identified, which is a clear violation of the law. Violation of personal privacy, spreading rumors, defamation, personal attacks and sexual harassment are all serious crimes. We have carefully gathered evidence and are taking all possible civil and criminal legal actions to address these harmful acts“, they added.
“We reiterate that EDEN Entertainment will not tolerate any harmful action against our artists under any circumstances and will respond with the strongest possible measures,” he further added.
The agency underlined its commitment to protecting its artists, warning: “We will take strong legal action against those responsible for leaking and distributing the photos, as well as against those who spread false information or harmful rumors.. We urge fans to refrain from participating in or further disseminating such content.”
EDEN Entertainment concluded by thanking fans for their support and understanding, asking for patience as they handle the situation. Fans have since rallied behind Masami, expressing outrage over the invasion of privacy.
