On December 2, 2024, Shipping published an article about the ex I LOVE IT CEO Min Hee Jinare the alleged lies. Dispatch published a series of personal text messages that they obtained, between her and her alleged shaman, as well as a New Jeans‘family member. They also posted photos of Hanni’s meeting with Min Hee Jin before the audit, accusing the pair of lying that no staff was aware of her presence at the audit before her participation.
In response to this, Min Hee Jin filed a lawsuit against the Dispatch journalists who spread the article, alleging defamation. She also filed a lawsuit against the ex MOVES CEO and CCO for violating data protection law by providing internally obtained materials to external parties.

Although Dispatch has detailed multiple examples of Min Hee Jin’s alleged lies, the public is firmly on her side. They call out HYBE for using Dispatch to take her down.
- Why would Min Hee Jin stop NewJeans from leaving HYBE? They are making it so damn obvious that Dispatch is working for HYBE LOL.
- That multimedia game.
- Pathetic. If they’re not happy, just file a lawsuit.
- Make your own stuff~
- Investigate Bang Si Hyuk’s KRW 400 billion (about $287 million) instead LOL. We are not curious about Min’s private life.
- HYBE’s last words.
- Yes, so what?
