K-pop fans are comparing the lineups between SBS Gayo Daejeon 2024 and MAMA Awards 2024.
The recently held MAMA Awards took place over three days from November 21st to 23rd. The first day of MAMA 2024 took place for the first time in the United States, at the Dolby Theater in Los Angeles, California.
This was then followed by days two and three, both held at the Kyocera Dome, Osaka, Japan. Many K-pop artists were honored at the event and showcased their energetic performances on stage.
However, some were dissatisfied with MAMA’s lineup of artists.

The first artist lineup was announced on November 13, with NewJeans, ITZY, Stray Kids, TXT, NCT DREAM, NCT WISH, RIIZE, ZEROBASEONE and TWS all scheduled to perform at the exciting event.
On November 26, SBS Gayo Daejeon declared its second artist lineup. According to the list, the event will also include LE SSERAFIM, aespa, SHINee Key, NCT 127, ILLIT, BOYNEXTDOOR, NMIXX and ATEEZ.

SBS Gayo Daejeon 2024 will be held on December 25 at INSPIRE Arena, Incheon, South Korea.
