Jung Ho-yeon, who became a global star thanks to “Squid Game,” once mentioned in an interview that Lee Dong-hwi was proud of her achievements when asked about her reaction to her newfound fame.
In August, Lee Dong-hwi made headlines during an appearance on ENA’s variety show “Kwak Taxitrip 2.” While in Los Angeles, he asked a taxi driver if they knew “Squid Game” and proudly described Sae-byeok, the female protagonist, as “my girlfriend and best friend”.
