The winner of BTS‘S Jungkook the lookalike contest has been announced!
Recently, a new trend involving celebrity lookalikes has emerged in the United States.
The first took place in New York, where a competition was held to find the closest actor lookalike Timothee ChalameT. The actor showed up during this contest and other contests involving other celebrities have popped up.

It was recently reported that a lookalike contest BTS‘S Jungkook will be held November 24 at Ping Tom Park in Chicago. As indicated on the posters distributed, the winner will receive a “$20 CASH PRIZE + A BOTTLE OF SOJU.”

Andrew Alexander is a YouTuber and multi-platform content creator, who flew into town for the contest. A TikTok shared by his sister, another content creator, shows the process of aiding his likeness by drawing on the tattoos on Jungkook’s hand.

According to his YouTube account, Andrew is a third-year college student living in California. He often appears in his sister Ashley’s YouTube videos, including one from about four years ago where she transformed him into Jungkook.
Before the competition began, Ashley shared one last look at Alexander’s transformation into Jungkook, and many commenters said they saw the resemblance.
