The Bunnies, a fandom of NewJeans, have taken legal action against the CEO and executives of BELIFT LAB.

Working with legal counsel, Team Bunnies shared on November 18 that a criminal case was being prepared against the agency’s CEO Kim Taeho, visual director Heo, and performance director Myung.

The post addressed several points mentioning accusations of plagiarism, media games and lack of accountability on the part of the company. Read the full statement below:

“We will provide updates on the complaints process soon,” the statement continued. “Furthermore, we inform you that the first case against HYBE, Source Music and Dispatch, as well as the second case against Kim Joo-young, Lee Do-kyung, Park Tae-hee and Cho Sung-hoon, have been consolidated and are currently under investigation starting Nov. 15.”
