Prefers a relationship.
BLACKPINK‘S Rose he hasn’t been subject to dating rumors as much as his bandmates Jenny AND Lisaand when it was, it was fun.
That doesn’t mean Rosé isn’t participating!
Rosé was present in id‘s limited edition paper zine. This included a detailed interview with the idol in the West Village, in which the interviewer asked the 27-year-old idol if she “He goes on dates a lot.”

Rosé didn’t avoid the question entirely. She responded honestly, explaining that she prefers relationships to situations.
I’m more of a relationship guy, and that’s why people say “Rosie, you’re still so young” – I mean, I’m very serious about dating.
– Rose
Rosé, however, refrained from going further. The interviewer continued, trying to find out how an idol comes out, but gave up “No comment” when asked if there is a dating app.
“You know what, I’m going into too much detail.” How, I ask, does a K-Pop superstar come out? For example, is there an app? ‘No comment.’
– Rose
The interviewer revealed that Rosé often “caught up” during conversations, clearly a trait gained from her media idol background.
Rosé surprises herself like this a couple of times during our conversation, in a way that makes it seem like she’s still trying to figure out how to toe the line between the relative transparency expected of major Western stars — the kind of openness that appeals to a blatantly emotional album Rosie would probably justify it – and the closed-off perfection that is de rigueur in K-Pop.
At one point, I express surprise that she was allowed to release a song like the drinking games-inspired “Apt.,” Rosie’s lead single, due to decorum rules for K-Pop idols. «I think drinking is not bad. It’s more like… dating,’ he says darkly, before quickly changing the subject.
