Chinese actress Zhao Lusi recently ended her contract with her longtime agency Galaxy fantastic entertainmentbut just days later, the company is now embroiled in collapse rumors after reports emerged that all five major shareholders were withdrawing.

According to Chinese media, the five companies that previously held stakes Fantastic galaxy– including Shanghai Yunfeng Xincheng Investment Center and Beijing Chuangshexinhe Technology Co., Ltd. – would all drop from the shareholder list. Additionally, several board members are said to have resigned, triggering mass speculation online.

In response, Galaxy fantastic entertainment issued an urgent statement denying the allegations.
“All business operations are functioning normally” we read in the press release. “Shareholder changes are standard business behavior.”
The company also warned that it will take legal action against those who spread false information, promising to do so “pursue full legal accountability for rumor spreaders and harmful disseminators.”

Meanwhile, Zhao Lusi’s new management label has been revealed Orca entertainmentled by Li Wei, former CEO of Fantastic galaxy and his longtime mentor. Li Wei is credited with discovering Zhao eight years ago and leading his initial rise in the industry.
Since I left Fantastic galaxy in 2023, Li Wei re-established ties with Zhao Lusi in 2024. He also held her recent birthday event, where the actress gasped as she publicly thanked him for his unwavering support.
