According to legal insiders, November 4 Yulhee requested a change in custody and alimony/property division in the Seoul Family Court.
It was revealed that she is now undertaking these legal procedures, as there was no proper discussion regarding custody or alimony at the time of the divorce in 2023.
Previously, Yulhee revealed the reason for the divorce through her YouTube channel.

Even though Yulhee and her ex-husband, Choi Minhwan of FTISLANDthey tried to make things work for a year, Minhwan mentioned divorce, causing them to split up.
After the divorce, Minhwan took custody of the children until Yulhee was financially ready to bring them back.
Yulhee, who did not take adequate legal action during the divorce, learned that she could receive custody and division of assets if she filed a lawsuit. It was revealed that she belatedly decided to file a lawsuit to be with her children.
