JTBC Girls on fireaired from April to June, it became one of the hottest survival audition shows of 2024. It followed the journey of 50 contestants aged between 19 and 30, who competed to earn the opportunity to debut in a five-member female vocal group.

After six months, Yang Irae finally broke the silence and broke the sad news.

Following this confirmation, fans sent messages of encouragement for the members on X. They blamed JTBC for its mishandling of the alleged quintet.

However, Yang Irae attested that this was not the end of her dream of becoming an idol.

“But don’t worry, because I will continue to make my dream come true. I’ve worked hard and written my own music and I hope you will continue to support me,” Irae said.
