HI. This is KQ Entertainment.

As you might imagine, fans who had plans to attend upcoming shows were upset by the short-notice cancellation. Many mentioned non-refundable aspects of attending the shows, such as lodging and flights, in their complaints to KQ and BoxLive Entertainment, the tour organizer.

It’s so horrible of you to do something like this to fans literally the day before their concert, you know some people travel abroad just for concerts, right? The visa and local conditions as an excuse are a joke. We all know that SEA countries do not have strict visa requirements for entry… https://t.co/na4zxOwky1

Asian roadies deserve better, this is so awful and irresponsible. I’m announcing this a day before the Bangkok concert and I have friends traveling abroad just to see them due to lack of dates and I can’t get any of their flights/accommodations…. this is so gross https://t.co/D8DA1AX4v0

In addition to anger over the cancellation, many fans criticized KQ Entertainment for the announcement itself. The announcement was shared in Korean, English and Japanese and did not include translations into Chinese, Indonesian, Malay or Thai.
Many felt this was disrespectful, as well as a last minute announcement.
something else that bothers me: xikers asian tour only has 4 locations (thailand, malaysia, indonesia, macao, china), and kq doesn’t bother to release statements in these four languages despite canceling everything a day before. https://t.co/xOnVKu0aZu

I don’t know why the visa issues weren’t addressed earlier instead of. day before the tour. a little more transparency would be great!!! what the fuck is this, not even a translation in, what, all the affected countries? https://t.co/E5oiQ8Ueaj
