On the October 16 broadcast of MBC’s “Radio Star,” Kim Byungman, Kim Jaejoong, Kim Dongjun and Cao Lu appeared as guests.

During the episode, Cao Lu shared: “I am here without receiving any compensation for my presence. Four years ago my contract in Korea expired, so I returned to China. Then, suddenly, I had the chance to work in Korea again, so I came back excited. I also asked the immigration office: “Can I film without a visa?” They said I could as long as I didn’t get paid.”

Cao Lu revealed that he tried live trading in China to raise funds for his group’s meeting. He said: “Among Korean cosmetic products, I sold pillows and made about KRW 1 billion in sales in two years. When the hosts expressed surprise, he clarified “These are sales, not the money I have”, causing laughter.

Cao Lu had faced “backstabbing rumors” when she returned to China after her contract with Fiestar expired.

He expressed his frustration, “After my contract expired and I went to China, there were so many comments like, “Why did Cao Lu disappear?” and “Did she betray her agency and go to China?”

Cao Lu explained: “I went to China after my contract expired to spend time with my parents. Please don’t criticize me. Actually, my parents are old, so I decided to go back quickly.”

He added: “I lived in Korea for 14 years, away from my parents in China. I spent my youth in Korea, so after my contract expired I returned to spend time with my parents.”
