Guest (question): How did you make the decision about which stars to include? Because, you know, some are really famous household names, others are promising. And I read that you wanted to look for people who took risks, who weren’t just trying to be stereotyped.
Radhika Jones (Response): Yes, it’s always interesting for us. So take someone like Lisa, who was a big star in the K-Pop world, less known in Hollywood or by Hollywood audiences, but will be in White Lotus in the new season.
And that, you know, people love that show. So that’s our way of saying it. Lisa is incredibly famous, but we’re going to introduce her in a new context, and it’s nice to be able to create that mix, you know, there’s no bigger star right now than Nicole Kidman, she’s everywhere, her work is incredible, and she , even at her level of success, she’s also motivated by taking risks, she wants to make projects that feel new and exciting, and her new movie Baby Girl is amazing, I can say, I just saw it, so, so, we I love putting these kinds of people together.
