TWICE member Dahyun will temporarily stop participating in the group’s activities around the world following an official announcement made by JYP Entertainment on March 25, 2026.
According to the agency, the decision was made after careful discussions regarding his physical condition and ability to perform. “After carefully reviewing the artist’s condition and participation in performances, we have determined that rest and recovery should take priority over activities at this time.” JYP said.
Dahyun will focus on recovery for the time being and is expected to resume activities once she regains the physical condition needed to perform the choreography. “We sincerely apologize for continuing to bring disappointing news to fans who have been waiting for Dahyun’s performances,” the agency added.
The update follows an earlier diagnosis confirming that Dahyun suffered an infection ankle fracture in February 2026 after experiencing discomfort during the early stages of the tour. He received ongoing treatment while in the United States before undergoing a detailed examination upon returning to Korea, which confirmed the fracture.
As a result, Dahyun did not participate in TWICE North American concerts held between 13 February and 7 March 2026. His participation in the remaining tour schedule remains uncertain depending on the progress of his recovery.

JYP Entertainment underlined its commitment to supporting Dahyun’s recovery, saying it will ensure she can return to activities in good health.
