TWICE Talks About Past Conflicts, Jihyo Reveals Fist Fight With Jeongyeon

On the December 6th episode of KBS2’s “The Seasons – Lee Young-ji’s Rainbow,” TWICE made a special appearance to celebrate their impressive 10th anniversary in the industry. The members of TWICE took the opportunity to reflect on their long journey together as a group and share some behind-the-scenes stories with their fans.

When asked if they had ever experienced any conflict or arguments in the past ten years of working together, TWICE’s Momo quickly responded:“We really don’t argue. It’s not fighting; it’s all about discussing opinions while practicing dance.

On the other hand, Nayeon shared a slightly different perspective. He admitted, “There were times when we argued. I think fighting helps us get closer. It wasn’t an intense fight, but we had some disagreements.

Nayeon stressed that these moments did not negatively affect their bond. Instead, they helped them understand each other better and become stronger as a group. He also added, “If we have something to say, we say it. We talk a lot in the group chat.”

During the conversation, Lee Young-ji said that Jihyo and Chaeyoung had once joked about having a fistfight in the past. At this point, Jihyo laughed and revealed: “When we were apprentices, Jeongyeon and I fought.” Jihyo’s playful confession surprised many, but she clarified that it was a lighthearted moment during their years of training, proving that even the closest friendships can soon go through some playful disagreements.

TWICE debuted on October 20, 2015 with their first mini-album “THE STORY BEGINS”. Since then, they have released 22 albums, including digital singles, and are actively promoting them. Their latest release was the thirteenth mini-album “With YOU-th”.
