Singer Rain (43) shared the morning diet from which he swears, claiming that he is a routine that always leads to weight loss.

In a past video uploaded to his YouTube channel “Season b season“, The rain underlined the importance of maintaining health during the diet. “If you are preparing for a body profile but follow a diet that damages your health, you should stop immediately. Once your body is damaged, it is difficult to recover. I have hurt my health many times” He admitted.
Its morning routine is surprisingly simple: 2–3 hard -boiled eggs, a handful of walnuts, 10 raisins and an American or honey water. Instead of consuming carbohydrates in the morning, replaces them with fruit. The rain explained, “I eat it in the morning, then they have lunch around 15:00 to 17:00 as an early dinner. If you are waiting for this routine, there is no way of losing weight.”
