March 19, 2025, YouTuber Lee Jin Ho He posted a video on the deceased actress Kim Sae Ron. The video said she was already married when she decided to take her life. In the video there were voice recordings between Kim Sae Ron and a member of the staff of his former agency. This was presumably the agency he had signed after leaving Gold medal.

The agency staff involved issued a declaration a Starnews On March 21, 2025. They claimed to never have provided the recordings to Lee Jin Ho.

In the recordings there were a conversation between the staff and a woman, presumably Kim Sae Ron. The staff was his new contract contract. They discussed his alleged marriage and abortion.
