Unfortunately, despite having collected enthusiastic reviews of Jennie’s fans, known as Blinks and Jensetters, the music video of the Blackpink member raised his eyebrows among Jungkook fans.
Apparently, according to Armys, “Love Hangover” has a surprising similarity with “Seven” in terms of concept.
By comparing the videos, Armys underlined the overlapping scenes, such as the coffin scene, the chaotic dates and emotional walks on the streets at night.
After immersing themselves in detail, fans discovered that both music videos were directed by Brad & Pablo under the production company Prettybird, together with the producer Candice Dragonas.
This prompted Armys to call Jennie on X (previously Twitter) for presumably copied Jungkook.
“You can copy his job but you cannot copy its result,” said a fan.
“He really said a copy and paste. I want to say, I guess you have to copy what is actually successful,” said another army.
His fandom said Jungkook was clearly not his isporo after the bond coincidence only to be revealed later that he searched the seven MV directors to work on his MV. Imma just say that we already knew that Golden will be the project in K-Pop for a long time 🤷🤷 pic.twitter.com/mdmvsqbwva

Among the growing negativity directed to Jennie, Blinks and Jensetters rapidly jumped to the defense of the singer “Mantra”.
“Maybe he (Jungkook) should copy the fact that she (Jennie) wrote, produced, composed, organized and participated in the entire creative direction of her solo album instead of relying on Scooter Opppa”, contracted Jennie Stan.

Jennie’s fans also explained that the directors and the production company behind the two projects have an illustrious reputation to work with the best global stars.
Therefore, the accusations according to which Jennie’s concept has Jungkook plagiarism are unfounded and lack a credible base.
