Pinoy’s pop star, Jl Gaspar, emerged as the winner of the SBS survival show show League of the Universe And it will debut as part of a global boy group of nine members.
The men’s group, Ahof (All-Time Hall of Famer), will be made up of nine members in total, while the other places will be occupied by the other winners of League of the universe.
The winners of the competition were announced during the final episode broadcast live on the Corean SBS in the late evening of Friday 24 January.
JL, originally a member of the group of Pinoy-Pop Pluus boys, was the only qualified Filipino to participate in the competition. He made the story obtaining the largest number of votes – 3,168,841 – in the final episode of the competition.

Over the course of about ten weeks League of the Universe42 competitors were enrolled and exchanged in three different teams led by K-Pop artists: Groove team, Beat Team and Rhythm Team. The teams then competed in a series of missions to show their skills, with the aim of winning the “Prism Cup” in order to debut.
