On August 12, the stylist Hwang Jae Geun published a series of recent photos on social media, accompanied by playful Korean jargon hashtags that refers to eat, coffee, lunch, fashion, outings and fun.
In the photos, Hwang is seen outdoors in a lush and green environment, wearing a sleeveless white shirt and a bracelet. The transformation is undeniable: his glasses with his head, beard and cat eyes are disappeared. Instead, it sports a well cut hairstyle, a clean shaved face and a considerably toned arm muscles built through a dedicated exercise.
Fans flooded the comments with shock and admiration, writing: “At the beginning I didn’t recognize it”, “Did you lose weight?” AND “This is a total review of the image.”
Graduated from the prestigious Royal Academy of Fine Arts of Belgium in Antwerp with a Master in fashion and visual arts design, Hwang became famous as a winner of Project Runway Korea 3. Since then, it has become known not only for its innovative fashion design, but also for its witty personality in various apparitions of television shows and varieties.
