In a declaration on Weverse, Belift Lab stressed that anonymous users on platforms such as Telegram can also be monitored and punished through international cooperation. They also confirmed separate criminal complaints against people who published sexually offensive comments on YOU.
The agency is actively monitoring national and global platforms, including Naver, YouTube and X (Twitter), and is presenting regular complaints for defamation, false information and harassment. Belift reiterated that he will pursue all the legal roads without clemency or settlements.

We would like to provide an update relating to our continuous efforts to protect the rights of our artist, YOUThrough fans’ reports and our monitoring system, which continually collects post -harmful posts relating to the group.
In addition to our regular legal complaints, we are also pursuing frequent legal actions against people who violate the rights of our artist. Apart from the previously announced cases, we have presented separate criminal complaints against people who published sexual insults publicly aimed at the artist. The identities and accusations of these people have already been confirmed and the cases have been forwarded to the accusation. We will continue to make every effort to guarantee a serious punishment for those who are currently under investigation and legal procedures.
In addition, more people responsible for creating the artist’s DeepFake video have been arrested and sentenced to prison. Although these acts are performed through anonymous social media platforms such as Telegram, the authors can be traced through international judicial cooperation. We are actively and promptly collaborating with the investigative authorities to guarantee a rigorous punishment and the protection of the rights of our artist.
We also monitor harmful posts and comments on both domestic online communities (Naver, Daum, Nate, Theqoo, DC inside, Intiz, Ilbe, FM Korea, Melone, etc.) and global SNS platforms (X, Instagram, YouTube, etc.) information on defamation, insults, sexual harassment and dissemination of false information. We regularly present criminal complaints against authors of harmful content and reaffirm that we will undertake all possible legal actions without any settlement or clemency.
