After weeks of speculation, THE BOYS‘S negotiations for trademark rights with their soon-to-be former agency It’s entertainment they failed.
On December 4th the new agency THE BOYZ, A Hundredannounced that efforts to secure the group’s branding had failed due to IST Entertainment’s alleged excessive demands. One Hundred stated that the conditions proposed by IST were unacceptable despite THE BOYZ having protected and developed its brand over the past seven years.
According to the statement, the agency and members have worked tirelessly to resolve the matter amicably, while trying to keep the names of their fans. However, despite these efforts, the negotiations did not produce a positive outcome.
Despite the failed talks, One Hundred has assured fans that THE BOYZ’s activities will continue uninterrupted. To prepare for the potential loss of the current name, the agency has filed trademarks for alternative names, such as “The Boys”, “The New Boyz” and “TNBZ”.

THE BOYZ artists have also done their best to date to preserve these rights for the sake of their fans. We deeply regret that we were unable to achieve a positive outcome and express our sincere disappointment towards IST Entertainment.
