On December 20, KST, Choi posted a personal video Instagram account by comparing his current body with the past. The “before” version shows her with rounder cheeks and a slightly plumper body, while the “after” version has a more chiseled look that highlights her slim facial features.
In the caption, Choi wrote about her motivation to dedicate herself to staying fit and active and encouraged her followers to do the same.

Much of Choi’s online brand is based around his weight loss and physical transformation, and he also has a separate social media account dedicated to documenting his diet.
In her recent Instagram post, she acknowledged that her before and after posts might seem repetitive but that they were necessary to keep her motivated and moving forward.

Choi Jun Hee’s weight loss journey, however, has been a controversial topic. Previously, he had made headlines for his health problems with lupus, which had caused his weight to increase to 96kg due to steroid drugs. From there, her weight recently dropped to 47kg, as revealed by Choi herself. She also took one of those trendy and controversial “body profile” shots, showing off an incredibly toned physique.
But he also ended up getting seriously ill from overdoing it. In August this year, Choi said he developed inflammation of the synovium surrounding his joints, which became so severe that it reached the stage of necrosis. However, he had sworn that he would not risk his life for the next body profile.
