In a ranking released by Forbes Korea, these 10 K-pop groups had the highest YouTube revenues in 2024 among other idol groups.
The artists included in the “2024 Korea Power YouTuber” are artists who are very active on the platform and use it as a means to update their respective fandoms.
Therefore, its revenue from YouTube also increased to billions of won. The following are the most bankable idols on the video sharing platform:
1. BLACKPINK – KRW 12.94 billion ($9.3 million)
For the second time since 2023, BLACKPINK has maintained its place as the highest-earning K-pop group on YouTube, boasting 95 million subscribers.
2. (G)-IDLE – KRW 8.6 billion ($6.2 million)
In addition to promoting their successes on YouTube, (G)I-DLE members are also active as content creators under its official account with 8.82 million subscribers.
3. BTS – 8.23 billion KRW (6 million USD)
Although BTS is not active right now due to military enlistment, they have maintained their power and influence with 79.2 million members.
4. NewJeans – KRW6.83 billion ($5 million)
NewJeans, which has amassed 7.8 million subscribers, dominates the website with its most-viewed music videos and solo vlog show, “Jeans’ ZINE.”
5. SEVENTEEN – 6.24 billion KRW (4.5 million USD)

Not only is SEVENTEEN big on YouTube as a whole group with 13.6 million subscribers, but the members are also making a name for themselves as some of the most talented talk show MCs and most sought-after guests on the web platform.
6. aespa – KRW 5.14 billion ($3.7 million)
aespa increased its subscribers to 6.53 million following consecutive global hits “Supernova,” “Armageddon” and “Whiplash” this year.
7. ENHYPEN – KRW 3.01 billion ($2.2 million)
Among idol groups, ENHYPEN is also building its reputation on YouTube with 10.7 million subscribers, thanks to their web shows “Enter-KEY”, “EN-DRAMA”, “ENHYPEN Episode” and more.
8. IVE – KRW 2.49 billion ($1.8 million)
Since their debut, IVE has been among the fourth generation idol groups that have used the platform to communicate with DIVEs through special web content prepared for the fandom.
In just 3 years, their community has grown by 3.85 million subscribers and counting!
9. LE_SSERAFIM – KRW 2.27 billion ($1.6 million)
Praised for their hosting skills and fun vlog atmosphere, LE SSERAFIM’s subs have risen to 5.59 million.
10. UI – 2.2 billion KRW (1.58 million USD)
Finally, IU, the MC of the popular web show “IU’s Palette”, secured 10th place with 9.79 million subscribers.
