Suzy Left: “I’m a singer” also faces the biggest crisis because street activities are stopped

On the January 18 broadcast of KBS2’s “I’m a Singer”, the team, which included Sunwoo JungA, Sohyang, Henry Lau, ATEEZ’s Hongjoong and Jongho, Zai.Ro and Nau Lee, finished busking in Munich and headed for Regensburg. The episode recorded a viewership rating of 1.2%, down from 2.8% previously.

In Munich, the team continued their second day of busking with “Hug” by TVXQ, while Suzy sang “To the One Who Doesn’t Love Me” by Lee Sora, captivating the audience with her clear, full voice of feeling. When the audience called for an encore, Hongjoong and Jongho led ATEEZ’s “BOUNCY”, performing passionately in the rain, drawing explosive responses.

Suzy, who was leaving for Korea the next day, spent her last night laughing and talking with the members. When the group suggested they do one last busking session at the airport, they created a set list that made Suzy smile.

The next day, the team visited Regensburg’s St. Emmeram Palace, where they met Princess Gloria, who praised K culture. They explored the palace, with Sohyang singing in the cathedral, and performed “You Raise Me Up “. In the ballroom, they waltzed and performed exciting songs. Sunwoo JungA performed his song “Imagination” and Kim Soo-hee’s “Sad Love,” leaving a profound impact. Sohyang and Hongjoong sang “How Can I Love The Heartbreak, You’re The One I Love” in beautiful harmony.

On the old stone bridge over the Danube River the team put on a romantic show for couples and the public. Sunwoo JungA and Jongho sang a touching duet with “Man and Woman,” while Zai.Ro performed his composition, “Sweet Fuss,” accompanied by guitar. Sohyang’s powerful performance of “Listen” moved the local audience to tears. Hongjoong and Jongho put a unique spin on “A Little Girl” with their emotional harmonies.

As the broadcast neared the end, Nau Lee surprised everyone by suddenly interrupting her piano performance. Henry expressed concern, saying: “The thing I feared the most happened.” The causes of the outage will be revealed in next week’s episode.

Through this street event, “I’m a Singer” captured the essence of German culture and beauty. Especially with the combination of K-pop classics and waltz music, the show provided a refreshing auditory and visual experience.

KBS2’s musical variety show “I’m a Singer” airs every Saturday at 10:40 pm (KST).
