The company also revealed that other privacy violations have occurred recently, including a tracker being attached to one artist’s vehicle and another’s tires being purposely damaged.

Recently, we discovered a tracking device attached to the artist’s vehicle, which was parked in front of our company’s building, and another incident occurred in which a vehicle’s tire was deliberately damaged by an outside person. Both incidents were identified immediately after they occurred, allowing us to address them before proceeding with planning and prevent further damage. We have lodged police reports and secured CCTV footage to prevent recurrence of such incidents.

The company said it would adopt a non-clemency policy to protect the rights of its artists.

These actions are clear illegal acts that cause mental and material harm to the artist and staff. We are responding to illegal activities, including invasions of privacy, with a zero-tolerance policy and will take firm legal action. Given the excessive violations of artist’s rights, we continuously collect evidence and review materials through legal representatives and reiterate that there will be no leniency or settlement in this process.
