Sunny is combined with the campaign of planting trees of Uncle Lee Soo-Man in Los Angeles, breeding 1.7 billion krw for urban green

Lee soo-manThe legendary manufacturer who contributed to globalize K-Pop, recently concluded a large-scale urban green campaign in Los Angeles, collecting over 1.25 million dollars (about 1.7 billion KRW) in collaboration with the Koretown Youth and Community Center (Kycc). Announced on May 27, the campaign is part of the underground dedication to environmental sustainability through trees planting initiatives.

Launched in September 2024 with the personal donation of Lee Soo-Man of $ 500,000, the campaign successfully gained other $ 755,000 from various institutions and basic supporters, led by Kycc.

Since then, more than 1,000 climatic resilient trees have been planted in underground neighborhoods, including South Los Angeles, Pico-Union and Koreatown. Over 500 volunteers – from young premises to community residents – actively participated in the effort.

In particular, the former member of the generation of Sunny girls, who is also Lee Soo-Man’s nephew, took part in the plantation event of trees in Koretown. His involvement triggered the speculation that could follow his uncle’s path as a visionary leader.

The campaign also presented participation from A2o MaggioA group of global girls under A2o Entertainment by Lee Soo-Man.
