On March 17, the family of the deceased actress Kim Sae-Sore held a press conference at the Soul Metropolitan Police Department, represented by their lawyer, Bu Ji-Seok by the Buyu law firm. The conference aimed to refute the statements made by actor Kim Soo-Hyun and his agency, the gold medal, as regards financial issues and other accusations.
Debt reimbursement controversy and legal threats
The lawyer Bu Ji-Seok has revealed that Kim Sa-Se-Se-Se-Sa-See is considering a legal action against Kim Soo-Hyun and the gold medal on two letters asking for a refund of a debt with 700 million wins. The letters forbade her to contact Kim Soo-Hyun or other actors under the agency and warned of legal consequences if he did it.
Despite having reached Kim Soo-Hyun’s help after receiving the first letter, he received no response. Instead, the agency intensified the situation with a second request, making pressure to reimburse the debt within a short period of time. According to reports, this caused her a significant emotional discomfort.
The part of Kim Soo-Hyun previously claimed that the letters were simply part of the standard financial procedures. However, Kim Sae-Se-Se-See-confused this, stating that the agency’s actions were a coercive question of immediate reimbursement rather than a legal formality of routine.
Kim Sae-Se-Ron’s family revealed that the gold medal has forbidden to contact Kim Soo-Hyun or other affiliated actors. They also threatened a legal action if it has published a content relating to them, in particular as regards the “Queen of Tears”.
After receiving the second debt question, he was unable to contact anyone from the company, deepening his anguish. His family said that this treatment contributed significantly to his suffering before his disappearance and has questioned the reason why Kim Soo-Hyun only expresses the desire to communicate with them.

The family is currently evaluating potential legal actions against Kim Soo-Hyun and gold medal, considering them responsible for their alleged mistreatment of Kim Sae-S.
In addition to the legal actions, the family has urged Kim Soo-Hyun to recognize his relationship with Kim Sae-Se-S, stating that this confirmation is essential in their case against Lee Jin-Ho. They believe that his denial has exacerbated their emotional turbulence and have requested sincere public apologies.
Cause against YouTuber Lee Jin Ho
Kim Sae-Se-Se-See also confirmed their intention to sue YouTuber Lee Jin-Ho for having spread false information on her since 2022. Her videos presumably misrepresented her reputation and subjected her to serious public control. The family was strongly opposed to its statement that Kim Sae-Se-See-made his relationship with Kim Soo-Hyun, stressing that it was a complete falsehood.
