Suga’s recent move has sparked confusion.

In addition to reports that Suga would move out of his luxury villa at the United Nations Village in May 2024, the article also claimed that he would move out of a previous residence in 2021 due to “conflicts with other residents.”
Biz Hankook reported that the property where Suga lived for the three years before the move was located in Hannam Riverhill. The property was said to have been purchased by Suga in November 2018 for ₩3.40 billion KRW (about $2.43 million). However, he moved out in November 2021 after alleged conflicts with other residents.
After moving out of Hannam Riverhill, Suga moved into Park Hannam’s residence on a long-term lease and moved out in May 2024. According to Biz Hankook the deposit of KRW 9.50 billion (about 6.80 million dollars) was fully covered by BIG MUSICBTS’s label.
After the news broke, netizens started raising questions about why Suga had to leave his Riverhill residence. Many wondered what the alleged “conflicts” with other residents could have been.
