On December 24, a video titled “The First Time She Reveals Her Bag… Song Joong-ki and Lee Hee-jun’s Inside the Bag Challenge!” has been uploaded to Harper’s Bazaar Korea YouTube channel.
In the video, Song Joong-ki showed off red bean candy, saying: “These are the candies I really like. I tried them once from a friend who does hair for actress Chun Woo-hee, and they were so good that Chun Woo-hee bought me a few bags. I’ve had fun ever since.”
Actor Lee Hee-jun then took out a massage ball, prompting Song Joong-ki to respond, “I have something similar. I didn’t know much about gua sha, but Kim Ji-won, who works at the same agency as me, recommended it to me. I started using it every time I went to the office and thought, “Ah, now I understand why gua sha is so important!” I got hooked and started using it around my nose and forehead. It’s so refreshing.
Song Joong-ki also revealed other items in his bag, including dietary supplements, Omega-3 pills, a hat, a mask, and sunscreen. She emphasized the importance of skin care, saying: “You have to make sheet masks.” Lee Hee-jun complimented him, adding, “Song Joong-ki has no pores!”
When asked if he feels pressured to play young roles, Song Joong-ki candidly shared: “I thought, ‘How long can I keep playing young roles when I’ve already aged quite a bit?’ But lately I don’t feel that way at all. I am simply grateful and plan to continue taking on these roles as long as they are offered to me.”
Meanwhile, Song Joong-ki and Lee Hee-jun star in the upcoming film Bogotá: the land of the last chance. The film tells the story of Koreans who dive into the smuggling market to survive in Bogotá, Colombia, a place they have chosen as their last chance at life. The film will premiere on December 31st.
