Taeyeon and Hyoyeon talked about younger and more talented idols, but the latter’s comment about the SNSD leader made us nod enthusiastically.
On October 2, Taeyeon appeared on her co-member Hyoyeon’s YouTube channel “Hyo’s Level Up”. Titled “Taeyeon Always Smiles When She’s with Hyoyeon,” the two shared a meal of kongguksu (cold soy noodle soup) while talking about their friendship, co-members, the younger idol generation, and more.

At one point in the video, the two mentioned how talented and versatile the younger artists are. Taeyeon also asked, “How can they be talented, beautiful and skilled? What did they eat to turn out so good?”
Quickly, Hyoyeon smiled proudly and praised her friend.
“But you do even better,” he told the “INVU” singer. “There is no one who can touch people’s hearts with their voice like you, Taeyeon.”

Hyoyeon insisted that she wasn’t saying that because they are co-members. Despite Taeyeon’s disbelief, the “Retro Romance” singer continued, “My eyes are drawn to you and I want to say more supportive things to you because I feel it more.
“I watched every episode of ‘Begin Again.’ You’re really… really good,” he added.
