Seo Hyun-jin cancels interview despite martial law being lifted; Gong Yoo’s schedule is under review

On the morning of December 4th, representatives of the Netflix original series “The Trunk” informed: “Seo Hyun-jin’s interview scheduled for today has been cancelled. We will provide updates regarding the rescheduled date later.”

They also stated, “The interviews with Gong Yoo on December 5 and Jung Yoon-ha on December 6 are still under review and we will provide further notice.”

Seo Hyun-jin’s interview, scheduled for 11 am at a coffee shop in Samcheong-dong, was interrupted by President Yoon Suk-yeol’s declaration of martial law on December 3 at 10.23 pm. Despite the lifting of martial law on December 4, the production team chose to cancel the event.

“The Trunk,” released Nov. 29, follows a mysterious trunk found floating on a lake, uncovering secrets and exploring complex relationships within a secret marriage. The unpredictable narrative and multidimensional characters have captivated audiences around the world.

Gong Yoo plays Han Jung-won, a lonely man struggling with marriage, while Seo Hyun-jin plays Noh In-ji, isolated from himself. Their emotional journey of healing from past traumas leaves a lasting impact on viewers.
