Blackpink has officially returned, with the members Jennie and Jisoo share the snapshots of the tests for their next world tour and their agency who share a teaser for a possible new song.
The K-Pop Superstars are destined to keep the opening evening of their “deadline” world tour at the Soul Goyang stadium on Saturday 5 July. Before the opening evening, the member Jisoo shared behind the scenes of the group’s preparation, publishing photos of rehearsals on Instagram with the “Let’s Gooooooo” caption with the Black and Pink Heart Emojis. The images show all four members – Jisoo, Jennie, Rosé and Lisa – were immersed in sound checks and dance practices together with their concert crew.
Jennie also shared videos and photos of their tests on her Instagram page, writing “deadline tour starts tomorrow” in the caption.
In addition, YG Entertainment shared a return teaser entitled “Ready to Jump?” While it is not clear if the 17 -second clip indicates a new song, the video sounds of electric guitar and a pulsating beating that fans believe could be their return single, to be revealed during their tour.
The “Deadline” world tour represents the first Blackpink All-Stadium tour, which includes 31 shows in 16 cities including Los Angeles, Chicago, New York, Toronto, Paris, Milan, Barcelona, ​​London, Kaohsiung, Bangkok, Jakarta, Singapore, Tokyo and Hong Kong. Following the Soul Kickoff shows on 5 and 6 July, the group will go to the United States for shows in main places including Sofi Stadium in Los Angeles and Soldier Field in Chicago.
Tickets for the tour are rapidly exhausted, with additional limited -visa places added to satisfy the demand in the Seoul headquarters. The European dates and North American have requested further shows due to the overwhelming response of the fans, with extra performances added in places including Wembley Stadium in London and Stade de France in Paris.
This marks the official return of Blackpink to group activities after focusing on individual projects during 2024, with each member pursuing the soloist issues, fashion collaborations and acting initiatives. The group previously achieved enormous success with theirs “Born Pink” tourswhich attracted over 1.8 million participants in 34 cities and 66 shows.
