As with most shows in Japan, fans can purchase tickets by entering a lottery, with no guarantee that they would be chosen as the lucky buyer in this seemingly random process.

However, when the results of the RIIZE fanmeeting came out, fans noticed something interesting.

In particular, they noted an unusually high percentage of fans in their 40s and 50s who won standing tickets, which are said to have limited viewing.

Fans are not satisfied with the data.

“I didn’t expect RIIZE’s Japanese management to be so discriminatory towards noon AND ajumma fans. They went to great lengths to filter by age. As age increases, the chance of winning tickets decreases.

The age-matched winning statistics compiled by Japanese fans are chilling. The unfairness of RIIZE’s Japanese event ticket lotteries is worse than using a ticketing proxy in other countries.

“The first two rounds of seating tickets were won mostly by 20-year-olds. The last round of standing tickets was won by those in their 40s and 50s. Noon AND ajummas I won’t want to go there again after seeing some shows…

Should RIIZE’s Japanese management eliminate the age range of their fans like this? I’m a noon also the fan. If it were like this for a few more times, I would no longer want to participate…

In fact, this time I didn’t continue after seeing the standing tickets. I don’t like standing for the whole show!! It’s fine if it’s in the front, but the standing area in the back… I give up.”

  • “So stupid. Those familiar with the Japanese entertainment industry know this ajumma AND noon fans don’t hold back while spending money. Even for the artists of their agency like TVXQ, Buoy, Generation of girlsAND SHINeemost Japanese fans are Noona AND ajummas. Also, there are Japanese groups like Snowman, that attract younger fans.

  • “Are they stupid? Those over 30 have money and loyalty. Look at the previous situation with Johnny’s.”

  • “Whoever has the most money ends up not winning. I want to cry. I think I would still like younger guys once I hit 40.

  • “This company doesn’t know how to make money. Noona AND ajumma the fans have more money.”
