Original diva Kim Wan Sun, also nicknamed the “Korean Madonna”, will collaborate with the third generation “Dancing Machine”, Seulgi of Red Velvet.
On January 9, Kim’s label, KWSunflower Entertainment, announced the release of his new dance single “LUCKY,” featuring the junior idol.
“‘Lucky’ is a track that contains the message that sometimes it takes courage to leave a complicated relationship so that luck can come unexpectedly. It’s a song that wishes you good luck in standing up with pride and finding yourself again,” he explained the label through a press release.

The single will be released on January 15 at 6pm KST (4am EST) on various music platforms both at home and abroad.
As for the collaboration, Kim Wan Sun and Seulgi, who also filmed an official music video together, have raised high expectations as both are recognized as among the best dancers in the entertainment industry.
Guaranteeing the quality of the song’s dance steps is the La Chica crew, which became famous following the street dance program Street women fighterhe created the choreography for them.
In 2024, the team also choreographed some of the biggest hits, such as “Supernova” and “Whiplash” by aespa.
Finally, to make the release even more special, it was written, composed, arranged and produced by singer and producer JY Park, founder of JYP Entertainment.
The two first-generation legends had previously worked together for Park’s solo song “Changed Man” in 2023. In return, he gave the track “Lucky” to Wan Sun.
